Bay Houses are located on the eastern margin of the resort and are the most spacious and secluded properties at Martinhal yet remain close to all the leisure facilities.
Designed upside down, the first-floor living areas have large verandas on both sides allowing the best views of beautiful sunrises and spectacular sunsets, and have ample space for al-fresco dining.
In addition, the lounge veranda overlooks open countryside and the secluded Rebolinhos Beach, and the garden runs on to the Natural Park.
The Bay House character is sophisticated and functional but pleasantly understated. The spacious open plan lounge leads in to a L-shaped fully equipped kitchen that is adjacent to the dining area.
The remaining Bay Houses are sold with a leasback contract and is one of the closest to the hotel.
