An excellent opportunity to acquire a spacious 1-bedroom apartment at Martinhal Lisbon Chiado, ideally located in the heart of Chiado, one of Lisbon’s most sought-after and prestigious neighbourhoods.
Situated on the third floor, this apartment offers 89.80 m² of internal area, providing an unusually generous amount of space for a one-bedroom property in such a central Lisbon location.
The apartment comprises a large open living and dining area, fully equipped kitchenette, separate bedroom, entrance hall, additional hallway and bathroom. The layout has been thoughtfully designed to maximise comfort, functionality and the use of space.
Martinhal Lisbon Chiado is located within a beautifully restored historic building, combining the architectural character and traditional charm of Lisbon with contemporary interiors and the professional services of an established hospitality operator.
The apartment is currently subject to an existing tourist operation/leaseback agreement, which runs until the end of 2026.
This creates a particularly interesting opportunity for a new owner, who will have the possibility to negotiate a new leaseback agreement with Martinhal, allowing the future terms to be tailored more closely to their individual requirements and investment objectives.
The opportunity to renegotiate the agreement provides the buyer with greater flexibility when determining the future operating model and rental terms, subject to agreement with the operator.
With its generous proportions, prime location and the flexibility offered by the end of the current leaseback agreement, this apartment represents an attractive opportunity for an investor seeking property ownership in the heart of Lisbon, combined with the services and management of an established hospitality brand.
